Postcards to Students and Families

From Sheri Radovich, a third grade teacher in the Granite School District in Salt Lake City, Utah:

ìI send postcards to students and their families to thank them for gifts, get-well messages, birthdays, etc. I found I could make the postcards myself. I take birthday cards, thank you cards, etc. and cut off the inside greeting. I then add a dividing line vertically down the back of the front of the card and write the address on the right side with a stamp and my message on the left. This way I am able to save on postage and send messages for different reasons.î
